Probably one of the most honest technicians I've seen in a long time. Prices are very reasonable and he'll actually fix your furnace rather than suggest you purchase a new one from him. It was thanks to him we actually found out the furnace we had had a 40 year warranty on the part that failed and the previous tech we'd called before neglected to mention that.
